Terms & Conditions for Solero Mobile Home Accommodation
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Solero mobile home accommodation located at Kamp Oaza Lučica Drage, Croatia (“the Property”). By booking the Property, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before making your booking.
Booking and Reservation: a. The Property is available for booking for the summer season. b. Reservations can be made for a minimum stay of 7 days. c. All bookings are subject to availability.
Rental Period: a. The Property is rented out as a whole unit. b. The minimum rental period is 7 days.
Seasons and Pricing: a. The summer season is divided into two periods: – “Season” (June and September) – “High Season” (July and August) b. The weekly rental prices are as follows: – Season: 1000 EUR per week – High Season: 1500 EUR per week c. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Accommodation Details: a. The mobile home “Solero” includes the following amenities: – Bathroom – Living room – Kitchen – Bedroom – Big terrace outside b. The maximum occupancy of the mobile home is 5 persons.
Cancellation Policy: a. Cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees. b. Cancellations made within 3 days or less of the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
Check-in and Check-out: a. Check-in time is 2:00pm, and check-out time is 11: am. b. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Rules and Regulations: a. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the mobile home. b. Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and additional fees paid. c. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness during their stay. d. Any damages caused to the Property, or its contents will be the responsibility of the guest, and charges may apply.
Liability: a. The Property owners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by guests during their stay. b. Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings, and the Property owners are not responsible for any theft or loss.
Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia.
Acceptance of Terms: By booking the Property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
